Presenter Julie Clarke chats to fabulous guests like Claire O’ Grady, naturopathic nutritional therapist. Clare will talk about connecting with natural food sources and give tips on what we can do today to make changes. We have psychodynamic counsellor Kathy Crinion, who talks about navigating our mental health and the different things that help us on our mental health journey. Niall Breslin is one of Irelands leading mental health advocates. He looks at where mental health sits in Ireland today on an individual, community, and state level and how things are changing. We go outside and on horseback with lifelong horsewoman and yoga practitioner Tracie Burroughs. She believes that it is every horse rider’s responsibility to show up mentally and physically for their horse, and yoga is a great way to help us do that. Physiotherapist Rory O’Neill dicusses how we can take better care of our bodies. There is also a guided mediatation episode from Yoga Ayurvedic Living Educator Kelly Marie Mills. She guides us through a beautiful meditation to help us enter into that calm space within. Rory is a physiotherapist and owner of Ratoath Physiotherapy in Ratoath County Meath.
In addition to his training as a physiotherapist Rory has pursued training in cutting edge therapies emerging from around the world. He has completed extensive education in Neurokinetic Therapy, Integrated Cranial, Structural Joint Balancing and Systemic Kinesiology and uses a combined approach of these therapies to uncover the root cause of musculoskeletal dysfunction and bring lasting results even in chronic conditions. Rory is a Level 3 Advanced Neurokinetic Therapy practitioner, a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and is registered with CORU.
