Willie lays out key practical things we can do to change our lives. In episode 3 Life & Business Coach Mairtin Og McDonagh from Mind over Mountains and Julie Clarke owner of Julie Clarke Candles are in conversation about their experience of overcoming life challenges and connecting with who they really are. In the final episode I am in conversation with Business Coach Fiona Brennan from ‘Inspire, Action, Success’. Fiona chats to us about the power of meditation and her experience of mediation both on a personal level and advocating mediation as a tool for her clients.
